关于闽侯县门户网站自查情况报告

  各相关单位:

  根据《国务院办公厅秘书局关于印发政府网站与政务多媒体检查指标、监管工作年度考核指标的通知》的有关要求,对政府网站栏目内容进行自查,现将自查情况报告如下:

  一、存在问题

  网站信息保障持续性差。

  1.办事服务在线办理深度:总事项1663项,一趟不用跑、最多跑一趟有1093项,占总数量66%。(整改责任单位:县行政服务中心)

  2.互动交流调查征集意见征集结果反馈:有结果,但未收到群众的宝贵建议。(整改责任单位:县司法局、县财政局、县民政局、县卫健局、县审计局、县林业局、县生态环境局)

  3.互动交流在线访谈访谈质量:均非一把手。

  4.解读回应政策解读:偏少。(整改责任单位:县司法局)

  5.政务公开重大建设项目:项目施工和竣工、质量安全监督更新较少。(整改责任单位:县住建局、县交通局、县水利局)

  6.政务公开主动公开信息基本医疗:传染病疫情及防控2019年更新信息较少。(整改责任单位:县卫健局)

  7.政务公开主动公开信息政府采购:链接政府采购网,仅发布2条。(整改责任单位:县财政局)

  8.政务公开主动公开信息社会救助和社会福利:城乡低保特困人员救助供养更新较好,其他较差。(整改责任单位:县人社局、县民政局)

  9.政务公开主动公开信息灾害事故救援:更新较差。(整改责任单位:县自然资源和规划局、县卫健局、县应急管理局、县防震减灾中心、各乡镇(街道))

  10.政务公开主动公开信息公共文化体育:体育赛事和活动更新较少。(整改责任单位:县文旅局)

  11.政务公开主动公开信息住房保障:保障性住房分配及退出更新信息较少。(整改责任单位:县住建局)

  上述整改责任单位请于9月15日前整改到位。

  (一)持续做好政策解读工作

  根据《国务院办公厅秘书局关于印发政府网站与政务新媒体检查指标、监管工作年度考核指标的通知》(国办秘函〔2019〕19号)有关要求,要切实加强解读本辖区发布的政策文件;解读政策可采用数字化图解、音频、视频、动漫等多种形式,并要做好政策文件与解读材料的相互关联,在政策文件页面提供解读材料页面入口,并在解读材料页面关联政策文件有关内容,确保政策解读工作规范有序、及时透彻。

  (二)切实加强读网巡网工作

  各单位要加大网站的日常读网巡网力度,安排固定人员进行读网巡网工作,确保相关栏目每月正常更新,对信息保障不力的栏目,要进行合并删减,并对业务变更的栏目进行整合,确保网站运行顺畅、工作有序。
